A Good Read

A human rights movement 'disguised as a coffee shop' employs and empowers people with disabilities

Written by Jonathan Lehrfeld and Ariel Gans

Bitty and Beau's Coffee is a new franchise of coffee shops that has quickly taking over the US. They are a shining example of how a business can succeed when they realize the potential of everyone, including persons with disabilities. The Boston location (in Melrose) opened in September of 2021 and has become a destination café because when you visit, the positive atmosphere immediately puts a smile on your face. And their good coffee, smoothies, and snacks are delicious as well! We suggest you take a trip over to 462 Main St., Melrose to get a healthy dose of good vibes and your daily caffeine fix as soon as you can!
